Welcome to PHLASH Services Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing services from us, engaging our company, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

PHLASH Services Corporation provides professional services as agreed upon between the Company and the Client. We will perform all services in a professional manner and to the best of our abilities using reasonable care and industry-standard practices.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, performance metrics, revenue increases, rankings, leads, sales, or other business objectives. Results may vary based on factors outside of our control.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

For services billed through invoices, payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the invoice date.

The Company reserves the right to charge late fees, suspend services, withhold deliverables, or pursue collection efforts for unpaid balances.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our services, PHLASH Services Corporation does not offer refunds for completed work, partially completed work, deposits, retainers, consulting services, digital services, or any other services provided.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, access credentials, and any materials necessary for the Company to perform services.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, errors, or additional costs resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the Client.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHLASH Services Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. No Warranty

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service.

8. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PHLASH Services Corporation, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Client’s actions, misuse of services, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property, methodologies, processes, templates, strategies, systems, and proprietary materials developed or owned by the Company remain the property of PHLASH Services Corporation.

Upon full payment, the Client receives the rights to use deliverables specifically created for the Client, subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions.

10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, labor disputes, pandemics, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a Client violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in unlawful activity, fails to make timely payments, or otherwise creates an unreasonable business risk.

Any outstanding balances remain due and payable upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

PHLASH Services Corporation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
